Which camcorder is the best? The Sony DCR H24 or the Canon MV890? - dv camcorder lenses ok, not great

Which of these camcorders is the best? Or are the cameras of the range of alternatives within the same budget which is better?

Basically I want to spend over £ 150 at an appropriate DV camcorder.

I have so many functions as possible (micro external extension, namely to allow filters, lenses), it is fairly easy to use but very powerful, very compact, lightweight, made a good fashion photo night and / or well in low light conditions. That's it!
